Unlocked Palm Pre 2 Available in U.S. Directly from HP

Palm today indicated that U.S. residents interested in purchasing an unlocked GSM/UMTS version of the Palm Pre 2 may do so directly from the HP web site for the price of $450. This is not the Palm Pre 2 version headed to Verizon Wireless.
