A company called Vertical Computer Systems has filed a lawsuit against LG and Samsung alleging that the companies' Android handsets violate two of Vertical Computer Systems' patents. Vertical specifically calls out the LG Ally, four Samsung Galaxy S models and Samsung's Galaxy Tab in the lawsuit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. IDG News points out that Vertical has successfully sued companies — including Microsoft — over patent infringement. Vertical didn't specify what it is seeking from LG and Samsung in the new lawsuit.
