U.S. Cellular has announced a new plan to offer monthly discounts and other perks to long-term customers as part of its new Belief Project service. Customers will accumulate points over the duration of their relationship with U.S. Cellular. Eligible customers who sign up for automatic payments and electronic billing can receive a 3% monthly discount, or a 5% discount if they pay with a checking or savings account. Belief Project customers will not be charged overage fees for voice in excess of $50, or $150 for family plan members, and U.S. Cellular will send warnings via text message to alert buyers who approach their cap. Belief Project customers will also be able to upgrade their phones every 10-11 months, instead of every 18 months, depending on the customer's rate plan. When upgrading a phone, elligible customers might not have to extend their contract agreement, or may redeem points for a deeper discount on phones.

Nice!

This sounds like a pretty cool loyalty program.
