Cingular today introduced FastForward™, a new device that automatically forwards wireless calls to a landline phone when a wireless phone is inserted. The $39.99 device doubles as a charging stand, and will be available for select Nokia and Motorola GSM and TDMA phones beginning October 1st, with Siemens and Sony Ericsson versions to follow. Combined with a $2.99 monthly forwarding service option, the solution allows unlimited calls to be forwarded without deducting from wireless plan minutes.
