Nokia Intros 5250 Touch-Based Music Phone

Nokia today announced the 5250, a new S60 5th Edition / Symbian^1 touch phone that focuses on providing a good music experience. The 5250 is limited to quad-band GSM/EDGE — no 3G — and includes Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 3.5mm headset jack, and an FM radio. The 5250 has a 2.8-inch touch screen that measures 640 x 360 pixels in a 16:9 aspect ratio. It will support microSD cards up to 16GB and it includes a 2 megapixel camera. The 5250 will be available in the fourth quarter for about $145.
