Whats the difference for my EVO?

Dont we already have "flash" w/ the Froyo 2.2 update? Or is that flash 10x compared to this.. Flash 10.1 - is there a difference?
Well, I know there was already a Flash 10.1 .apk file you could install when the Evo was on 2.1. I'd guess that its just updated to work with FroYo.
