The LiMo Foundation and Gnome Foundation today announced a new partnership that they believe will help move the development of open source mobile platforms — specifically Linux — forward. As part of the partnership, the LiMo Foundation will become a member of the Gnome Foundations advisory board, and the Gnome Foundation will become an industry liaison partner for LiMo Foundation.
