Cellular South today announced that availability of its Text CS service to all its smartphone and Advance Pay customers. The service allows Cellular South customers to text questions to Cellular South. The questions are answered by Cellular South representatives, who then reply via text. Cellular South says most questions are answered within about five minutes. If questions can't be answered in the 160-character limit imposed by SMS messages, the Cellular South representative will either call the customer, or direct them to a better resource.
