Broadcom Says All Its Bluetooth Chips Are 3.0+HS Compliant

Today Broadcom announced that its entire portfolio of Bluetooth and Bluetooth / Wi-Fi combo chips now support the Bluetooth 3.0+HS specification. The company is actively producing Bluetooth 3.0+HS modules both for laptops and for smartphones. The Bluetooth Special Interest Group recently approved the first Bluetooth 3.0 device. Bluetooth 3.0 offers data transfer speeds of up to 24Mbps.
