LG: Three Windows Mobile 6.5 Phones Coming Soon

Today LG said that it is preparing to announce three new smartphones running Windows Mobile 6.5. One device will have a touch screen, one will be a slider, and the third will be a monoblock-style device. LG said all three phones will support its S-Class User Interface, and they should be fully revealed in the coming weeks for American, Asian and European markets. LG said it plans to have 13 Windows Mobile 6.5 phones for sale by the end of 2010.

Demand

I once asked an LG rep why they did not make a PDA and was informed that there was no demand for one according to their research. I suppose they fired those researchers. Too bad the Voyager and Dare have destroyed my faith in them. I'll stick with RIM.
LG did make a PDA for ATT with Windows Mobile in it. The phone, the Incite, came out 4th quarter last year and was less than successful. It had all of the things that you would think would make it successful. You could use the phone in Windows or it h...
