AT&T Lands the Sony Ericsson C905a CyberShot Shooter

Today AT&T and Sony Ericsson announced the addition of the CyberShot C905a to AT&T's lineup of camera phones. The C905a's primary feature is an 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus, xenon flash, and video capture. The C905a has a number of advanced shooting modes and image editing features that allow users to fully customize how the camera functions. It also has a number of dedicated camera buttons to help increase usability of the camera. Other features include quad-band GSM/EDGE and support for AT&T's HSDPA 3G network. It has a scratch-resistant mineral glass screen, Bluetooth, GPS, an FM radio, media player and support for 16GB M2 memory cards. The C905a will be available starting July 19 for $180 after rebates with new contract.

Well how bout that?!!!!!?

No more gossip, no more speculation, no more maybe this or maybe that! ! ! Only reality!

AT&T is the 3rd wireless carrier in the U.S. to get a real camera phone, Tmo has 2, and Verizon has 1, now all that's left to get a real camera phone is Sprint.

Now to all you ATT employees who claim there is no demand for high-end camera phones. I'm not saying there is, and I'm not saying there isn't, I'm just saying that you can't say either way unless ATT TRIES to offer one and see how it turns out. NOW you will find out what demand there is.

I am with you bro. Up until recently, battery life for phones was bad enough with cameras. MegaPix on phones even worse. I personally have been very happy with the 3.2mp with flash but battery life is breached considerably. I still question the batter...

Only 6 months late.

I love SE phones and had been hoping for this to be my K750i replacement. To bad this wasn't released 6 months.
