Palm Users Can Update Pre Firmware

Firmware version 1.0.2 has become available for the Palm Pre. The update may happen automatically for some users. Those not interested in waiting for their devices to update automatically can manually download and install the software. The update adds an alarm clock, and increases the speed of return to capture mode when taking successive photos of the camera. It also adds some improvements to the email and calendar applications.

Ota update

They are offering over the air update. I got my pre on saturday and I did an over the air update right after I bought it
Same here. ๐Ÿ™‚
This IS an over the air update. I don't understand why Phonescoop is saying it is NOT...

Can anyone shed some light on this???

The palm pre didn't have an alarm and they had to patch it in with an update. ๐Ÿคจ

The email and calender improvements were actually more important. Lots of bugs.

Good first start!

Palms support for some of their phones to me was lacking in the past. The fact that there is an update this early is encouraging.

Keep up the good work ๐Ÿ˜
So I've seen screen shots of the palm os. emu, is that out already? or is it still in beta?
