U.S. Cellular Delays Making Any LTE Decisions

U.S. Cellular recently revealed that it will hold off making any decisions about deploying Long Term Evolution for the time being. The company, which recently reporting its first quarter earnings, said that the build out of its EVDO 3G network is progressing well and should cover 60% of its subscribers by the end of 2009. Its 3G network will eventually cover 75% of its subscribers. The company is prepared to start technical trials of LTE, which may be followed by a test market. For now, however, the company is making no final commitments. Many of the network operators in the U.S. have selected LTE as their next-generation networking technology.

NICE

i think its good the us cellular is going with new technology. but here is an idea put some money into your phones. have you been in one of their stores its like looking at last years models. we want something new all this crap is out dated. GET NEW PHONES
