Apple Sets March 17 Date for iPhone OS 3.0 Software

Apple has sent invitations to journalists to attend an event on March 17 in which it will preview iPhone OS 3.0. No details about what the new OS will include were provided. The event will be held at 10AM PST / 1PM EST.
