Visto Completes Good Acquisition, Rebrands as Good

Visto announced that it has completed the purchase of Good Technology from Motorola. Going forward, the merged entity will operate under the name Good Technology, rather than Visto. It will offer mobile email products to consumers and businesses.

This could be good

Hopefully Motorola will use some of this new found cash and drop it into Motorola Mobile and come out with something other than a razor modification or low brow touch screen. Remeber the days when Moto and Nokia ruled the mobile world? I think Moto needs to step up and join the ranks of Samsung Nokia and what used to be Sanyo you know pre Kyocera
