In California, AT&T and T-Mobile agreed to pay separate fines over the insecurity of their mobile voicemail services. Both companies marketed their voicemail as being secure, however, undercover agents were able to easily hack into voicemail accounts from both carriers and alter/delete messages. AT&T is paying $59,300 and T-Mobile is paying $25,000. The firms are also not allowed to claim that they have secure voicemail systems.

California is running out of money so i guess this is their new strategy, sue all the companies to fix their spending budget hahaha.

I fully support those fines against AT&T and T-Mobile, as well as some jail time for those who broke the law by breaking into electronic devices, as well as an $84,000 fine.
Frankly?
This facilitates an individual into wanting to defecate a Sewer Pickle onto the lobby floors of every court house in California!

Geez
Really, don't they have anything better to do in California?
Not since gay marriage was banned. Only messing! Seriously, though, it is stupid.
