O2 Wireless Adds Alcatel 206 to Its Lineup

Today O2 Wireless, a subsidiary of Locus Telecommunications, announced the availability of the Alcatel 206 phone. O2 Wireless provides pre-paid mobile phone service in the U.S. as an MVNO. The Alcatel 206 is a basic bar-style GSM phone. It costs $19, and comes with 50 free minutes when it is activated. O2 Wireless offers free international long-distance to over 50 countries. Locus Telecommunications and its O2 Wireless brand are not affiliated with the network operator O2, which is based in the U.K.
