Qwest Begins Selling Verizon Wireless Services

Beginning today, Qwest has begun reselling Verizon Wireless services to its Denver residential customers. Qwest had partnered with Sprint in the past, but announced its switch to Verizon Wireless in May. Qwest said it will be contacting its existing customers about Verizon's services and plans in the coming weeks.

Hmmm...

Does this mean VZW employees will start getting discounts on Qwest services such as DSL and Direct TV?
maybe quest dsl but not direct tv just cause direct tv wont give discounts to authorized dealer employees
...
At this point there are no employee discounts for VZW Employees. (I am a Q employee)

But don't fret, I give it less then two years before it says Verizon on my shirt instead of Qwest. If we weren't so federally regulated, we would have been bought ...

I called direct tv and asked them n they applied a $10 discount to my direct tv account bcuz I'm a vzw employee. I would call in ask a cs rep in they should hook you up.

More details in the story next time....

Instead of going off a local Denver, CO paper you should look for an AP release or something.

Qwest began selling VZW on Monday July 28, 2008. All of the sales channels (with the exception of C.D.G) will sell Verizon Wireless products.
