APC Wireless subsidiary Cozac LLC has swept in a purchased the Hispanic MVNO, Movida. Movida recently declared bankruptcy after facing difficulties meeting its financial obligations to partner Sprint Nextel. With APC Wireless's support, the MVNO will offer the same contracts, phones and support, but APC says that customer service will improve. APC purchases cell phones directly from manufacturers in bulk and serves as part of the supply chain to service operators.

Good news! Especially for Sprint!

Wow, maybe if Movida can pay Sprint all the money they are behind then Sprint can pay Verizon the 10 million bucks that they supposedly owe. When will these MVNOs realize that they can not make it competing against nationwide carriers even when they do cater more to those in the Latino market.

I wonder if when you call Movida customer care, if you have to press one for Spanish and two for English? 🤣
By the way, buy your phones at Sam's Club and save some $$$!
