Nokia Makes Peace with Bochum Workers

Nokia has agreed to pay each of the 2,600 workers being laid off at the Bochum, Germany, manufacturing plant an average severance package of $129,000. It is also helping them find new jobs. It has not yet settled with the German state.

Quality

Does this mean the phones will be a tenth of the quality now that they will be made in Romania?
Thats an ignorant comment, just because it is a cheaper labor system it does not mean it is going to be any less quality.
