AT&T Sets May As Mobile TV Launch Date

Today AT&T and MediaFLO announced that they will be launching AT&T's Mobile TV with FLO service beginning in May. The service will be available on two handsets, the LG Vu, and the Samsung Access. Both phones will let users watch television and sports content directly on their handsets. The mobile TV service will have access to CBS Mobile, Comedy Central, ESPN Mobile TV, FOX Mobile, MTV, NBC 2GO, NBC News2Go and Nickelodeon, as well as two unannounced, exclusive channels. Pricing on the devices and on the service itself was not disclosed.

now we have competition!!!!
Now, let's see if Verizon can expand on their programming lineup, maybe a premium channel like an HBO. Competition benefits the consumer.
It's only a 3" TV but when you your boss won't allow you to log on to watch the NCAA tournament, Mobile TV was awesome.
Sprint was the first service to have live tv, and we have over 20 channels.
Like I said..
Verizon Wireless has 2 new channels too!!
