Helio First to Officially Offer Opera Mini to Handsets

Today Helio announced that it is making the Opera Mini browser available to the Ocean now, and other handsets in the future. This will be the first time an operator in the U.S. has made the Opera mobile browser available for download directly to one of its devices from its deck. Helio worked with Opera to build a version of Opera Mini that is optimized for the Ocean. Helio did not disclose exactly when the other handsets in its line-up will be able to access the browser. Opera Mini is offered for free.
