The German State is asking Nokia to return $92 million it received in subsidies for financing the plant it plans to close in Bochum, Germany.

Time to pay up
Nokia should have known better than to mess with the Germans. Theres a reason they take pride in what they build (German automobiles are in a class above everything else). It's called trust in the corporation, through strong union ties. The American "screw everyone" approach doesn't work in Germany (and apparently it doesn't yeild such great cars either).
Nokia is not even an American company. Nokia is from Finland. So why are you saying that it was the American approach in getting the plant closed in Bochum, Germany? ๐คจ
what are you stupid... nokia is closing the plant because the products that they built WERE subpar!!! they built CRAP and nokia lost money so when nokia closes the factory to build a better product elsewhere they have to play $92,000,000 for it; does ...
