New documents spotted on the FCC site revealed some information about an upcoming phone from Sanyo. The Katana LX is a clamshell and includes Bluetooth. The drawings show that there appears to be no external display, no camera, nor a slot for a microSD card. There is, however, a headset jack. Little else was revealed in the documents.
Definate upgrade
Alright people, after a special sprint top gun training, I must say, after PHYSICALLY playing with and seeing the phone, I must say that it is definitely an upgrade to the 3200. It DOES have an outside display, and it DOES have a camera. I will not go into detail, cause I'm somewhat sworn to secrecy until it arrives, but I must tell you, it's not the most bad-ass phone out there, but I know i'll be making some serious spiffs off of this phone. what more can you people ask for as far as a free phone is concerned?
There IS external display
This replaces the 3200 and Katana II, it DOES have an external display with a brand new, unique special effect with it, thats pretty neat. It's a huge upgrade over the 3200...
you've seen it? does it have a camera? powervision?
Isn't Sanyo better than this?
Maybe not.
Are they gonna make a Katana for every price category. Enrty level, Mid grade, and Highend so far next thing you'll know they'll have a Katana PDA.
