Qualcomm Loses Another Round to Nokia

A judge in the United Kingdom declared all of Qualcomm's GSM patent claims there as invalid, and said that Nokia does not need to pay Qualcomm. Qualcomm sued Nokia in May 2006, claiming that a number of GSM technologies used in Nokia phones were patented by Qualcomm. The two companies still have pending litigation in the U.S. and other countries.

whats amazing to me

is that in the press release ON NOKIA's WEBSITE, the disclaimer at the bottom is 50% longer than the actual text of the release 😳
