Today Verizon Wireless announced that the 755p will soon be launching on its network beginning January 7. The 755p is the last iteration of the Treo to come with Palm's Garnet-based OS. It is already available from Sprint and Alltel. The version slated for Verizon offers no new features to differ it from the Sprint or Alltel versions. It has the same 1.3 Megapixel camera, 1.2 Bluetooth support, miniSD slot, and on-board Google Maps. It supports Exchange Direct Push email, as well. The 755p will cost $399 after $50 rebate and new two-year agreement.
