Sprint Announces BlackBerry Pearl 8130

Sprint will begin offering the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 next month. The Pearl 8130 is an updated version of the original Pearl and includes EV-DO data and GPS. Sprint's version of the Pearl 8130 will have access to Sprint's PowerVision services, such as the Music Store, TV and navigation. Pricing will be announced when it goes on sale.

Anybody hear...

...anything about special data package pricing on for the Pearl? I read somewhere that the Blackberry data pack for the Pearl would be like $30 or something to better target the consumer audience... anyone else here similar rumors?
Yes the blackberry service plan will be only $30. It still retains all the features of the $40 blackberry plan for the 8830. Sprint is just dropping the price to target the more casual market.
