A 3G version of the HTC Dash has been approved by the FCC. Called the Cavalier, this update includes quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band 850/1900 WCDMA, as well as stereo Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It has a 2 megapixel camera. Because the Cavalier doesn't support T-Mobile's 3G band, it is more likely to be sold by AT&T, but no carriers have announced plans to sell this device.

hmmm

3G HTC very nice. i wish they go higher on the camera. 😁
I wish they'd make one with UMTS 1700/2100. Hasn't the Dash been successful for T-Mobile? Why wouldn't it be a priority to get a new version in with that carrier rather than hoping to maybe get a deal with AT&T?

I agree. Every other country is years ahead of us.
