Dish Network claims that it has met this month's deadline imposed by the FCC to cover 70% of the US population with its new, built-from-scratch 5G network. The company has been aggressively building out its network across the country, building over 15,000 new cell sites in 50 markets. The network is available to customers of Project Genesis, as well as Boost Mobile and Boost Infinite customers with compatible devices (band 70 is unique to Dish's new 5G network and necessary for full 5G coverage with Dish.)
