The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3 include a new "Protect battery" option that stops charging when the battery reaches 85%. The feature should extend the useful life of the battery over several years.

Nice feature

I am glad they included this and I would hope that more phone makers follow the same with the feature.
The iPhone still shows the 100% charge so users don't get confused but the fold literally stops at 85%. This makes the battery life feel very short and honestly, the Fold 3 battery life is just 'okay'.
