Google has made Chrome 59 available to Android devices via the Play Store. The updated browser mostly introduces bug fixes and performance improvements. Specifically, Google says Android devices should see faster page load times while using less memory thanks to the updated JavaScript engine. Chrome 59 for Android also adds support for animated PNGs and enhanced image capture through a new API. The revised mobile browser is free to download from the Google Play Store.
