Pebble has tweaked the performance of its health app and introduced a brand new weather app in a system update for Pebble smartwatches. Pebble OS version 3.13 takes steps to improve the accuracy of Pebble Health, which now accounts for movements during sleep and prevents them from being logged as steps. The fitness graphs available in Pebble Health now include clearer messages, and the app adds support for 24-hour military time. Pebble says its new Weather application is powered by The Weather Channel, and the info can be called up on-demand whenever needed. It supplies the current temperature and conditions, the high and low temps for the day, and the following day's forecast. Last, the updated Pebble software adds a fire emoji. Pebble says Android and iPhone owners need to update their smartphone app to version 3.13, which will then install the new firmware on the smartwatch itself. The Pebble app is free to download from the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store.
