Apple today said it has partnered with SAP to help developers create better business apps for the iPhone and iPad. The idea is to combine the tools offered by Apple and SAP so developers can create native iOS apps that are able to reach into SAP's business intelligence systems. "Millions of SAP users will have access to critical data with more ease, speed, and efficiency than ever before," explained Apple. The companies are preparing a new SAP HANA Cloud Platform SDK that will give businesses the ability to quickly and efficiently build their own iOS apps for the iPhone and iPad based on SAP HANA Cloud Platform. Apple believe this new partnership with SAP will help it win over more business customers and convince them to adopt the iPhone or the iPad.
