GreatCall has released the Jitterbug Smart, a new smartphone made by Alcatel. It replaces the Jitterbug Touch3 by Samsung. The new Jitterbug Smart runs Android, but has a custom interface that makes it easier to use with simple list menus, and larger icons and text for older users. Its specs include a large 5.5-inch HD screen, 2,500 mAh battery, 5-megapixel camera, 2-megapixel front camera for video messaging, and 4G LTE data. It also has a voice dictation, and GreatCall's 5Star emergency concierge app. It's available now for $150, with monthly service plan.
