Apple Makes WatchOS 2 Available for Download
Sep 21, 2015, 12:07 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Apple today released watchOS 2 after a short delay. The refreshed operating system was expected Sept. 16, but Apple held onto the software at the last moment to fix a bug. With the bug now resolved, Apple Watch owners may install the second-generation operating system, which adds support for native apps; a nightstand mode for alarms; and the ability to respond to emails. The improved operating system is free to download and install.
