Pure TalkUSA today announced a major retail expansion. Consumers can now find its phones and SIM card packs in 1,600 Sears and Kmart stores around the country. Pure TalkUSA is a low-cost MVNO that operates on AT&T's network. Its prepaid plans range in cost from $5 to $29 per month.
