OnePlus took to its forums recently to warn potential U.S. buyers that its new handset will not ship to North America until two to three weeks after the phone ships to Europe. OnePlus blamed the shipping change on production schedules, but said people who have received an invite will still be able to purchase the phone from OnePlus.net beginning today. The OnePlus 2 features a 5.5-inch full HD display, an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, and a laser-assisted 13-megapixel camera. The handset has swappable rear covers, including some made from bamboo, black apricot, kevlar, and rosewood. The OnePlus 2 runs OnePlus' version of Android 5.1 Lollipop, which it calls Oxygen OS. It costs $389.
