Packed with features including an auto-focus camera, GPS and new tilting slider, the Tilt tops out AT&T's fall lineup.

AT&T's new flagship looks like an 8525 with upgraded features like Windows Mobile 6 Professional, built-in GPS and a 3 MP auto-focus camera, but it packs a secret jaw dropper. Once you slide the screen open, you can tilt it up toward you so it's easier to see and type on.

question for reviewer and other that may have experience.

i currently have the 8525 and love it. of course since the tilt has came i want it. the most noticeable difference to me outside of the ones you have pointed out in the video, is the the directional pad when the slide is open is no-longer on the right, its now on the left. when i 1st got my 8525 i thought it was a complete PITA to have the d-pad on the right, now i've gotten pretty used to it, so much that i have to adjust when i pick up a psp or like device. lol. im sure i'd get used to it but, did it seem like a noticeable difference to you at first?

other feel free to comment as well. i'm possibly gonna get one and just wondered. im sure user NOT upgrading from an 8525 wont be all that affected but....just wanted to see.

I want this phone!!!!!

This thing is hot!

My Samsung i730's touchscreen is all messed up anyway. πŸ˜‰
I played with it briefly. Feels as heavy as a piece of granite...it really does. But what turned me off is having to pay $40 a month just for data connection and then $10 a month for GPS....I'll pass until Verizon gets a similar model. After all, HTC ...

Where is Verizon on this stuff?

I am a Verizon customer and am so annoyed that every other provider is delivering new smartphones and PDA phones - anyone want to sway me to switch networks?
Have you NOT just "swayed" yourself?

I know what you mean though. I'm contemplating on switching from Sprint just for this phone (or buy the "Kaiser" out right). But their data plan is DOUBLE 😲 that of Sprint!

Yes, Sprint has the "Mogul" (I'm...
Where Verizon usually is. Sitting on their high hog thinking their sh|t doesn't stink. Practically all of you out there reading this know I'm right. Meanwhile, the other carriers are leaving them in the dust when it comes to new phone technology.
not that i like verizon or anything, but their new fall lineup looks really sweet. vx10,000 alone. jesus, just 10,000 as a model number. motorola has a long way to catch up from the v3. only v9997 more phones. but seriously, those aren't smartphones ...
