The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) has created a new brand for the broadcast audio feature of LE Audio: Auracast. LE Audio is a complete revamp of the audio component of Bluetooth, enabling better performance and many new features.

Google has launched a beta version of its Sound Amplifier accessibility app that includes a new "conversation mode" feature. The feature lets you visually select a person speaking near you, after which the on-device machine learning algorithm will "[tune] out competing noise".

Samsung's new mid-range 5G phone, the Galaxy A71 5G, will be available from T-Mobile and Sprint this Friday for $600. Samsung has also made it official that both Verizon and AT&T will offer the phone "later this summer", and that it will also be available unlocked.

Google has redesigned its Podcasts app, and made a version available in Apple's App Store for iPhone users. Google Podcasts now stays fully synced between all platforms, including Android, web, and iOS, so you can pause a podcast on your phone and automatically pick up where you left off on the web.
