Sprint CEO Dan Hesse said the company is prepared to expand the availability of HD Voice to the entire country on or about July 1. HD Voice provides clearer voice calls between two HD Voice-compatible phones. The service is available in a few markets and on more than a dozen devices, including the Apple iPhone 5s/5c, LG Nexus 5, and Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 3. Sprint had hoped to expand HD Voice to more markets last year, but is now on track to deliver on that commitment by July.

How about something useful...
They are pouring money into dozens and dozens of small enhancements, why not focus on the biggest crutch, coverage. 🤨
they cover 250 mil pops and 800MHZ is in progress, I like the HD voice works great!
If I had any complaint about my Note 3, it would be the voice quality. I'm looking forward to this feature and hopefully calls that are a little more clear.

Intercarrier
I dream of the day that this is standard between not just Sprint customers, but between all landlines and wireless services.
In Europe and Asia the cell phone voice quality is crystal clear. In the US voice is muffled due to the carriers compressing the sound down to 8k. We've put up with and came to accept this inferior sound. We need quality voice on our cell phones.
