Minor Update to Vine for iOS Adds Exposure Lock

Vine recently delivered an update to its iOS application. The app adds the ability to lock both focus and exposure, which should help users when creating their apps. The update also fixes bugs. It is free to download and use. Vine also recently expanded its presence to the web, allowing users to view their Vines on a desktop browser.
