Ultra Mobile today expanded the reach of its Ultra Zero plan to include 1,000 free voice minutes to more than 70 countries around the world. The plan also provides unlimited SMS to more than 190 countries. The Ultra Mobile plan, which was first introduced in August, costs $19 per month. Some of the new countries include Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Israel, Mexico, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, and Thailand. Ultra Mobile is an MVNO that operates on T-Mobile's network and serves those who regularly communicate with people outside the U.S.
