T-Mobile to Sell Nexus 5 Starting Nov. 14

T-Mobile today announced that the Google Nexus 5 smartphone will be available online beginning November 14 and in stores starting on November 20. T-Mobile is asking for a down payment of $41.99 followed by 24 monthly payments of $17. The total for these payments equals $449. By way of comparison, Google sells the T-Mobile-compatible Nexus 5 unlocked directly for $349/$399, depending on the storage option. T-Mobile is only offering the 16GB model.

T-Mo must be kidding

So why would anybody buy N5 from them instead of Google?
just like their BS no contract plan!
you keep paying for the phone for 24 months!
that is just like having a contract for 24 months!
To some extent I'd guess it's the convenience of not having to wait for shipping, but sadly, for most, it's probably lack of knowledge. Saving $100 is well worth waiting 3 days or whatever shipping time is. I doubt many people would pay an extra 100 i...
Not saying I even agree with what I am saying, because I wouldn't do it. But there are those who cannot come up with the full cost of the N5, and could afford to pay it over 22 months. So for them it works, and even at the inflated price, its a damne...
