Senate Confirms Wheeler as FCC Chair

The Senate unanimously confirmed Tom Wheeler as the new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission. The Senate was originally scheduled to vote on the matter earlier this month, but the vote was delayed by Senator Ted Cruz's concerns over Wheeler's potential policies concerning lobbying disclosures. Cruz and Wheeler met today to put the matter to rest. Wheeler, who was nominated by President Barack Obama, will assume the leadership role that has been fulfilled on a temporary basis by commissioner Mignon Clyburn since May.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't help but skip words to put that one together.
Same here, me thinks this is an attempt at a bad pun. Kinda funny though, almost an analogy for the entire wireless industry as far as regulations are concerned - Handicapped.
