Vonage today added video calling to a new beta version of its application for the Android platform. Vonage Mobile for Android now allows users to make free video calls to other Vonage users over both Wi-Fi and 3G/4G. The app also lets users toggle between video and voice calls, switch cameras, as well as mute the call. Vonage Mobile for Android is a free download from the Google Play Store. Vonage said it will bring free video calls to its iOS app later this spring.
