Samsung Galaxy Stellar Earns Its Jelly Bean Update
Verizon Wireless today said that the Samsung Galaxy Stellar will be updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean beginning March 4. The update will be pushed out in phases, though it can also be downloaded manually starting Monday afternoon.

Verizon Wireless today announced the Samsung Galaxy Stellar, a mid-range Android smartphone that includes a 4-inch WVGA display. The Stellar is what Samsung calls Samsung Approved For Enterprise, or SAFE, which means it has features businesses like, including 256-bit encryption, and support for VPNs (virtual private networks), mobile device management systems, and additional Microsoft Exchange features.

Verizon Wireless today confirmed that it is enabling Samsung Pay on the Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, Note 5, and S6 Edge+ through a software update. "After the update, customers will be able to download and install the [Samsung Pay] app from the Google Play Store," said Verizon in an email to Phone Scoop.
