Good Technology Buys Mobile Security Firm

Good Technology today announced that it has agreed to acquire Copiun, a privately held company that provides mobile security products and services. Copiun's chief product allows mobile device users to securely access corporate data, such as files stored on Microsoft SharePoint servers. Copiun's staff will become employees of Good Technology. Good provides mobile email services and used to be owned by Motorola. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Good expects the deal to close by the end of the month.
