Samsung Intros High Speed 64GB Memory Cards

Samsung today revealed a new line of Class 10 memory cards that use the Ultra High Speed (UHS-1) interface and offer capacities ranging up to 64GB. The new cards include SD and microSD form factors. The Pro SD cards can reach read/write speeds of 80Mbps and 40Mbps, respectively. The Pro microSD cards can reach read/write speeds of up to 70Mbps and 20Mbps, respectively. Cards with the same UHS-1 interface and storage capacities of 16GB and 32GB are also available. Samsung expects them to be available in October.
