Simple Mobile Now Part of Tracfone
Tracfone Wireless, Inc. today announced that it has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Simple Mobile. Simple Mobile provides no-contract, SIM-only service on T-Mobile's GSM/HSPA+ network. Tracfone already offers SIM-only options under its Straight Talk and Net10 brands. Tracfone is a subsidiary of America Movil S.A.B. de C.V.
