Apple and Samsung executives were unable to reach an agreement regarding on-going patent lawsuits between the two firms, reports the Korea Times. Citing an unnamed Samsung executive, the Times said that both companies' CEOs held firm to their arguments. Samsung believes Apple needs to license its wireless patents, while Apple insists that Samsung copied its designs. The companies' leadership teams met in California Monday and Tuesday after being ordered to do so by the judge overseeing several of the patent suits. Since no accord was reached, the companies will now face one another in court starting in July.
